EXTREME WINES

In many cases vineyards located near mountains and hillsides offer three critical contrasts to the ones on valley floors: more direct and concentrated sunlight, dramatic temperature shifts, and exceptional drainage. Together, these factors make vines struggle to survive, which leads them to produce fewer berries, but which are full of character and reluctant to show a softer side. So normally you can expect fresh, intense and flavoursome wines.

This wine tasting experience, in English, will be completely focused on wines that come from extreme parts of our planet, be it high altitude vineyards, the steepest slopes or just places where harvesting is heroic.

The main idea here is to have a good time tasting and learning about wine.

Time - We start at 19:00 o'clock.

Price - 30€ per person.

Reservations - In order to secure your place I recommend you to book early as there are only 11 places.
