Magnifica excursió per l'obaga de la serra de Montgrony, al municipi de Planoles. Farem el recorregut curt de 8km i 480m de desnivell de la famosa cursa "Batega el Bac", travessant petits rierols i recorrent l’últim bosc d’avets que podem trobar abans d’arribar a la costa.
