Concurs de màgia Fructuós Canonge - Vila Màgica 2026

The Fructuós Canonge International Magic Competition returns to Barcelona with its 2nd edition at Sala Golem'S!

This competition stems from a collaboration between the Ajuntament de Montbrió del Camp, hometown of the prestigious Catalan magician after whom the event is named, and the Ajuntament de Barcelona, the city where he developed his professional career.

An event where 10 male and female magicians, chosen in a preliminary round, will compete to win one of the 3 jury awards, stone-sculpted trophies created by local artist Manel Domínguez, and the Audience Choice Award!

The panel of judges features the involvement of the International Federation of Magic Societies (FISM), the leading authority in competitive magic worldwide, lending its mark of quality to the event.

Attendees can cast their vote for the Audience Choice Award, sponsored by the magic shops Mágicus and El Rei de la Màgia.

The Master of Ceremonies will be Jordi Pota, will make the stage buzz with the contestants' nerves and excitement. He’ll show us that despite the thrill and tension of the competition, the main goal is to have fun. Are you ready to play and discover magic's rising stars?

A three-and-a-half-hour event where everyone can enjoy a bar area and various shows in an atmosphere packed with magic professionals.

Due to the length of the event, venue access will be flexible, allowing guests to step out for fresh air and re-enter.
