Heathers narra la història de la Verònica Sawyer, una adolescent inadaptada que aconsegueix entrar a formar part del grup més popular i despietat de l’institut: les Heathers. A través d’un to còmic i irònic, se’ns destaparan debats importants sobre qüestions que toquen de ben a prop als joves: bullying, suïcidi adolescent, violència… Aconseguirà la Verònica fer de l’institut un lloc més amable per a tothom?
