LO QUE NOS MUEVE, NOS UNE - Festival de dansa (babies, kids, youngs i teens)

This recital brings together our adult and youth groups: people from very different backgrounds, with different stories — but with one thing in common: the way they experience dance.

Some come to disconnect, others to take care of themselves, to challenge themselves or to express who they are. But over time, something deeper happens: they stop coming just to dance, and start becoming part of a space where they feel comfortable, safe and seen.

Built around the concept “What moves us is dance. What connects us is how we live it”, this recital goes beyond movement. It’s about connection — with yourself, with others, and with the group.

At Dance Emotion, every journey is different, and every one of them matters. Some start from zero and discover a new way of expressing themselves; others gain confidence, presence or freedom. But what truly matters is not how you dance — it’s how you feel while doing it.

Through choreographies in a wide range of styles — urban, dance, fusion — you’ll see real stories, lived from the inside. This is not about perfection. It’s about authenticity. About emotion. About truth.

This recital celebrates who we become when we dance — but even more, who we become when we share it. Because here, it’s not just about dancing. It’s about belonging.
