Man mano, de l’italià a poc a poc, lentament, o conjuntament és un projecte escènic sobre el compartir temps, habitar-lo amb les mans, amb les paraules i amb l’acte social més simple que és l’estar junts cuinant i menjant. L’espectacle reivindica els rituals socials, com el temps a la cuina, fins i tot quan són amb persones desconegudes, com a espais de cures on es desdibuixa la separació entre el fet escènic i la vida mateixa.
